Return Policy

At Mason Fifth, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Return Conditions

• You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
• Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
• Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not allowed.
• Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.

Return Process

1. Request your return via info@masonfifth.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
3. You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.
4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information.

Refunds

After the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
